CREATING FUTURES - WINTER/SPRING 2022-23

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Creating Futures magazine! The South Slave Divisional Education Council (SSDEC) is committed to fostering excellence in education and supporting the needs of our diverse community. With this in mind, we're thrilled to share stories of success and initiatives that are making a positive impact in our communities.

 

Our magazine is a celebration of the amazing work we're doing at SSDEC. It features articles on work-life balance, meeting the mental health challenge, and curbing toxic masculinity, all of which highlight our commitment to addressing mental health in our communities and schools. We're also proud to showcase our efforts to promote Indigenous cultural richness and diversity, through educating students about the cultural richness of the Indigenous people in our communities, and honoring their contributions and traditions.
