Our programming is designed to address the needs of the whole child within a cultural context incorporating students’ physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Our schools offer traditional on-the-land experiences, and we frequently invite elders into our schools to share their stories, knowledge, and skills. We have embraced the local cultures and our schools reflect this through artwork, displays, signage, literature, activities, gatherings and ceremonies that celebrate ancestral heritage.

Expectations are high and our students are challenged to engage and take ownership for their own learning, knowing that a strong support system is in place if they falter. Collaboration with our parents, elders and community leaders has been a key ingredient to our success.
